Introducing the Outro 40--engineered to simplify your backpacking experience, so you can focus on the nature you came to enjoy. Our innovative 50/50 packing system keeps your on-trail gear separate from your camp gear, simplifying gear access and organization.
Our roll-top compression provides weather resistance and performance-enhancing compression. Harness, hip, and side-access pockets provide easy access to small items. Customize your fit with our unique torso length adjustment system, maintaining perfect load transfer while accommodating all body types.
Quick side trip? Boost your pack with the removable top pocket that doubles as a sleek sling pack for spontaneous excursions. You can also add a rain cover for extra protection. Body made from deadstock and overrun nylon sourced from trusted partners.
Our extra large rain cover is designed to fit this pack.
Note: The Outro pack comes with a medium hip belt. You can request a small or large hip belt at no additional cost during checkout. If you need a different size after your order has shipped, replacement hip belts can be purchased separately.

Do your products work with all van models?
Yes! Most of our parts specify compatibility with Mercedes Sprinter, Ram ProMaster, and Ford Transit platforms. Check each product page for exact fitment. Still unsure? Shoot us a message — we’re happy to confirm before you buy.
How long does shipping take?
Orders usually ship within 2–3 business days. Transit time depends on your location, but most U.S. customers receive their order within 5–7 days. You’ll get tracking info as soon as it ships.
Some items may ship separately depending on vendor, inventory, or warehouse location — so you might receive multiple packages for a single order. You’ll get tracking numbers for each one.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Yes — we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, uninstalled products in original packaging. Just contact us and we’ll help get the process started.
Please note: Some products ship directly from our vendor partners, and in those cases, the final decision on return eligibility is made by the vendor. We’ll always advocate for you, but policies may vary slightly by brand.
Can I pick up my order locally?
At this time, all orders ship from our warehouse — we don’t offer local pickup. If you’re working with our van build team, parts can be coordinated into your build directly.
Do you offer bulk discounts or fleet pricing?
Yes! We work with upfitters, outfitters, and van builders nationwide. Reach out to us with what you need and we’ll get you a custom quote.
