Because of our distributed fulfillment model, shipping times and methods may vary by product. Below is our updated policy to ensure full transparency and a seamless experience.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Domestic Shipping (U.S. Only)
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and depend on item weight, vendor location, and shipping method.

Note: Some items may ship separately depending on vendor location and stock availability.
International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping on select products.

Order Processing & Fulfillment
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. However, since we work with multiple fulfillment partners, processing times may vary by product.

We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your item ships. For orders with multiple items, you may receive separate tracking emails from different vendors.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
Papago Vans is not responsible for any customs, import taxes, or duties incurred during international shipping. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and may be due upon delivery.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all:

Please first contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

Save all original packaging and damaged goods as required by the carrier.

If a vendor-sent package is lost or damaged, we’ll assist in coordinating the resolution with the vendor as best we can—but we are not liable for delays or damage once the package is in transit.
Shipping Limitations

We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or freight forwarders.
