Papago Vans Store Return & Refund Policy

At Papago Vans Store, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please review our return policy below, which reflects our fulfillment model across multiple trusted vendor partners.


Return Window

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition

  • Items must include all original packaging, tags, and components

  • Proof of purchase is required

  • Item must not be listed as non-returnable


How to Start a Return

To request a return, please email info@papagovans.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and your reason for the return.

Many of our products ship directly from our brand partners. As a result:

  • Return addresses vary by product

  • Do not send returns to our Mesa, AZ facility unless specifically instructed

  • Items sent without return approval may not be eligible for a refund

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide the correct return address and instructions. You are responsible for packaging the item securely and shipping it to the designated location.


Vendor-Fulfilled Items

Because we work with multiple fulfillment partners:

  • Items may arrive in separate shipments

  • Return requests must be approved by the original vendor before refunds can be issued

  • Return approval and inspection timelines may vary depending on the vendor

We will manage the communication with the vendor and keep you updated throughout the process.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend placing a new order and submitting a return request for the original item.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom, made-to-order, or personalized items

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Opened electrical components or installed vehicle parts

  • Gift cards or digital products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or compressed gases

If you’re unsure about the return eligibility of a specific product, please contact us prior to purchase.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 3 business days of delivery at info@papagovans.com.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of:

  • The product

  • The packaging

  • The shipping label

We will work with our vendor partner to resolve the issue promptly.


International Orders

We do not currently support returns for international orders unless the item is damaged or incorrect upon arrival. Customs duties, taxes, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

For customers located within the European Union:
In accordance with the EU’s 14-day cooling-off period, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once your return is received and approved by the vendor, we will notify you of your refund status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note:

  • Some banks or credit card companies may take additional time to process and post the refund

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval and you have not received your funds, please contact us
