FAST AND EASY INSTALL
Install your storage box in less than an hour on our Rear Door Platform. We ship this box pre-assembled and ready to install. Four hex bolts for mounting are included, and the pre-drilled holes line up perfectly on our Rear Door Platforms. Have a different carrier back there? No problem. As long as you can secure the four mounting points, you’re set. Check FVCO's install guide for more info.

Do your products work with all van models?
Yes! Most of our parts specify compatibility with Mercedes Sprinter, Ram ProMaster, and Ford Transit platforms. Check each product page for exact fitment. Still unsure? Shoot us a message — we’re happy to confirm before you buy.
How long does shipping take?
Orders usually ship within 2–3 business days. Transit time depends on your location, but most U.S. customers receive their order within 5–7 days. You’ll get tracking info as soon as it ships.
Some items may ship separately depending on vendor, inventory, or warehouse location — so you might receive multiple packages for a single order. You’ll get tracking numbers for each one.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Yes — we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, uninstalled products in original packaging. Just contact us and we’ll help get the process started.
Please note: Some products ship directly from our vendor partners, and in those cases, the final decision on return eligibility is made by the vendor. We’ll always advocate for you, but policies may vary slightly by brand.
Can I pick up my order locally?
At this time, all orders ship from our warehouse — we don’t offer local pickup. If you’re working with our van build team, parts can be coordinated into your build directly.

Yes! We work with upfitters, outfitters, and van builders nationwide. Reach out to us with what you need and we’ll get you a custom quote.
