The Carbon Winch features a newly upgraded rating of IP68, so your river crossings and mud runs are stress-free, featuring a breathable membrane style motor breather for heat expansion and contraction. The Carbon Winch gets your recovery done with ease by using the wireless or wired remote (both included) from the safety and convenience of your driver's seat.
IP68 meaning - Ingress Protection 6 - Can withstand dust and dirt 8 - Can be submerged under freshwater for 30 minutes up to 1.5m depth, but not during operation.

If you're capable with a few basic tools, installing a Carbon Winch is easy, with step-by-step instructions and many extras included to get the job done. We also thought of your safety by including an isolator switch with extra cabling, so when you're not using your winch, it's safely turned off and no live power wires are at the front of your vehicle.
Mounting the control box is easy with a multi-fit system that can either be mounted on the winch, above the winch drum or motor. Or with the bracket, it can be mounted to the vehicle or on top of your bullbar. As you know, "looks" are a big part of any 4x4 build, so we have included in your winch kit an ultra-sexy CNC'd anodized alloy signature Carbon fairlead paired with our own robust designed hook that makes you stand out from the crowd. Do your products work with all van models?
Yes! Most of our parts specify compatibility with Mercedes Sprinter, Ram ProMaster, and Ford Transit platforms. Check each product page for exact fitment. Still unsure? Shoot us a message — we’re happy to confirm before you buy.
How long does shipping take?
Orders usually ship within 2–3 business days. Transit time depends on your location, but most U.S. customers receive their order within 5–7 days. You’ll get tracking info as soon as it ships.
Some items may ship separately depending on vendor, inventory, or warehouse location — so you might receive multiple packages for a single order. You’ll get tracking numbers for each one.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Yes — we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, uninstalled products in original packaging. Just contact us and we’ll help get the process started.
Please note: Some products ship directly from our vendor partners, and in those cases, the final decision on return eligibility is made by the vendor. We’ll always advocate for you, but policies may vary slightly by brand.
Can I pick up my order locally?
At this time, all orders ship from our warehouse — we don’t offer local pickup. If you’re working with our van build team, parts can be coordinated into your build directly.
