WHAT IS THIS HARNESS FOR: The Direct, our most popular model, is designed to deter heavy pullers and dogs that tend to be highly reactive or extremely difficult to control. If you have a big (or little!) dog that is tough to control - but more importantly, they pull your arm off, this is the harness for you. Gives you the same control as a collar or prong collar without putting strain on your pup's neck and throat.
Made from 500D Cordura, 1000D Ballistic Nylon, Milspec webbing and Aluminum buckles rated to 500 pounds.
WHO IS IT FOR: The DIRECT is designed as a daily walker to deal with heavy pulling and reactivity. If you struggle to handle your pup on the daily walk it is a good option.
HOW IT WORKS: The front pull ring system redirects your dogs pulling energy turning them to the side as they lunge. Additionally the harness grabs hold of your pup's body when they are resisting, reacting or any other situation where they are most prone to slipping their restraint.
The specialized contraction of the DIRECT harness is the secret to give you better control over your dog. Most harnesses are ill fitting and don't have the coverage over the body to truly be effective. Dogs 'swim' in their harnesses and tend to either pull off their bodies or twist and turn. See the picture below. Both the DIRECT and ADAPT cinch down to you your pup's body giving you much better control with LESS EFFORT.
WHY WE DESIGNED IT: We designed the Direct and Adapt to be the bridge between prong/cinch collars and the traditional harnesses. You get the safety and protection of a harness, with a limited action at the neck to better control you pup. It has a protective underside skid plate and will not inhibit your pups gait the way traditional 'across the bicep' harnesses will. Attachment points on both back and chest. Only the chest attachment point 'cinches.'

Do your products work with all van models?
Yes! Most of our parts specify compatibility with Mercedes Sprinter, Ram ProMaster, and Ford Transit platforms. Check each product page for exact fitment. Still unsure? Shoot us a message — we’re happy to confirm before you buy.
How long does shipping take?
Orders usually ship within 2–3 business days. Transit time depends on your location, but most U.S. customers receive their order within 5–7 days. You’ll get tracking info as soon as it ships.
Some items may ship separately depending on vendor, inventory, or warehouse location — so you might receive multiple packages for a single order. You’ll get tracking numbers for each one.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Yes — we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, uninstalled products in original packaging. Just contact us and we’ll help get the process started.
Please note: Some products ship directly from our vendor partners, and in those cases, the final decision on return eligibility is made by the vendor. We’ll always advocate for you, but policies may vary slightly by brand.
Can I pick up my order locally?
At this time, all orders ship from our warehouse — we don’t offer local pickup. If you’re working with our van build team, parts can be coordinated into your build directly.
