This 2025 Mercedes Sprinter 170 AWD conversion is built on our Olympus tier and designed for travelers who want more space, stronger off-grid capability, and premium comfort for longer trips. The extended 170 wheelbase creates a roomier layout with a full indoor shower, expanded storage, additional seating, and a dedicated dog bed bench, making it a strong fit for both travel and longer stays on the road.
With a 400Ah lithium battery system, 400W solar setup, roof-mounted A/C, diesel heat, and Starlink connectivity, this build is designed to support off-grid travel, remote work, and everyday comfort without sacrificing function or livability.

Power and utility
This van is equipped for extended off-grid use with a 400W solar system, 100A DC-to-DC charger, 400Ah SOK smart lithium battery, 3000W pure sine inverter/charger, shore power hookup, and multiple 110V outlets with USB-A and USB-C. The plumbing system includes a 33-gallon freshwater tank with level sensor and heating pad, heated greywater system, electric water heater, indoor shower with white FRP walls, quick-connect outdoor shower, and a Laveo dry flush toilet.
Comfort and climate control
For year-round comfort, the build includes a premium insulation package with Havelock wool, insulated plumbing lines, tank heater pads, a Maxxair Deluxe fan, 12V roof-mounted A/C, and an Espar diesel heater. These systems help keep the van comfortable in a wide range of conditions while supporting longer stays off-grid.
Kitchen and interior
Inside, the van features an acacia butcher block countertop, flip-up extension counter, undermount sink, portable induction cooktop, Isotherm Cruise 85 refrigerator, and microwave. The interior is finished with a stained wood ceiling, painted shiplap walls, luxury vinyl plank flooring, recessed dimmable LED lighting, and independently wired reading lights for a warm, functional living space.
Storage and living space
The longer wheelbase helps create a more usable interior with five overhead cabinets, under-counter storage, a floor-to-ceiling closet, headliner shelf, heavy-duty pull-out trays, and a step extension shoe cubby. The sleeping and living area includes a queen memory foam mattress, swivel front seats, Lagun table, rear and side windows, bunk windows with half sliders, and a bench seat with a flip-out dog bed and built-in storage.
Technology and exterior upgrades
This build also includes a VIZIO 24-inch smart TV, Starlink In Motion High Performance Kit, FVCO Sprinter roof rack, wheel wrap side ladder, Van Compass Stage 4.3 suspension upgrade, Steel Craft side steps, and all-terrain Nitto Ridge Grappler tires. Safety and utility features include blackout window coverings, a carbon monoxide and smoke detector, and a fire extinguisher.

Do your products work with all van models?
Yes! Most of our parts specify compatibility with Mercedes Sprinter, Ram ProMaster, and Ford Transit platforms. Check each product page for exact fitment. Still unsure? Shoot us a message — we’re happy to confirm before you buy.
How long does shipping take?
Orders usually ship within 2–3 business days. Transit time depends on your location, but most U.S. customers receive their order within 5–7 days. You’ll get tracking info as soon as it ships.
Some items may ship separately depending on vendor, inventory, or warehouse location — so you might receive multiple packages for a single order. You’ll get tracking numbers for each one.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Yes — we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, uninstalled products in original packaging. Just contact us and we’ll help get the process started.
Please note: Some products ship directly from our vendor partners, and in those cases, the final decision on return eligibility is made by the vendor. We’ll always advocate for you, but policies may vary slightly by brand.
Can I pick up my order locally?
At this time, all orders ship from our warehouse — we don’t offer local pickup. If you’re working with our van build team, parts can be coordinated into your build directly.
